Your account

  • Accounts are personal. They are created by Gokaizen or by your organization's administrator; there is no public self-registration.
  • Keep your password confidential and do not reuse it on other services. Use multi-factor authentication (a passkey or an authenticator app); it is strongly recommended for all users.
  • Keep your email address up to date. It is used for verification, password resets and security notices.
  • Report any suspected unauthorized use of your account immediately to internal@gokaizen.ai.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account until you have reported it as compromised.

Your organization

If your account belongs to an organization, that organization's administrators can manage it, including resetting your password, changing your roles, and deactivating or deleting the account.

Privacy

How we process your personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your account or credentials, or let anyone else sign in as you;
  • access, or attempt to access, accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without prior written permission from Gokaizen;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service, including through automated or excessive requests or malicious code;
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of company policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service and carry out maintenance when needed, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, without prior notice where necessary, if it is used in breach of these terms, poses a risk to the service or to other users, or when the user's employment or engagement with Gokaizen ends. You may ask for your account to be closed at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Gokaizen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. We will inform users of significant changes before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.
