Branding: Gokaizen Suite¶
The suite has its own product brand, Gokaizen Suite, in Suite green. It's used alongside the Gokaizen company brand (the orange wordmark):

Suite green is the standard. Keep the default brand color #12805C and the gradient mark; don't
replace them with the company orange.
The mark¶
Rising blocks, from small to tall: steady, continuous improvement (kaizen).
The live files are served by the suite itself, always at their current version:

Default colors¶
The interface accent is derived from the brand color, with lighter and darker steps for dark mode, hover states and so on, and checked against contrast rules. A color that would be unreadable is rejected.

Changing it¶
The brand can be changed in the suite's company settings, with no code change and no redeploy: upload a logo, change the name, or pick a brand color. Agree changes with the brand owner first: the standard is Suite green and the default mark.
- An uploaded SVG logo replaces the mark at
/brand/icon.svg. A PNG or JPEG is served as/brand/icon-512.pngor/brand/logo.jpg. - The gradient finish is kept only while the brand color is the default green. With another color, the mark is drawn flat in that color.
- Printed documents (payslips, quotations, invoices) use the same brand.
How it's managed¶
The brand is defined in one place in the suite and used everywhere from there: screens, app icons and printed documents. Nothing else in the app hard-codes a product name, logo or color. To request a change, contact internal@gokaizen.ai.
