Terms of use: Gokaizen website¶
These terms apply to everyone who visits the public Gokaizen website at internal.gokaizen.cloud
(and web.internal.gokaizen.cloud, which redirects to it).
This site has no accounts and nothing to sign in to, so these terms are about the content on it rather than about a service you use. Our applications have their own terms, which these do not replace.

The content on this site¶
The pages describe what we do, what we have built and what we can be engaged to do. They are written to be accurate and are offered for information.
- Nothing here is an offer or a quotation. Project figures describe systems we have delivered; they are not a specification, a price, or a commitment about what another site would need.
- Capabilities and certifications are stated as of the effective date above and may change.
- We may change or remove content at any time, and pages may be out of date between updates.
Anything that is going to be binding will be in a signed agreement, not on a web page.
Intellectual property¶
The content of this site — text, photographs, diagrams, layout and the Gokaizen name, wordmark and logo — belongs to Gokaizen or is used with permission.
You may read, print and share the pages for your own information or to discuss working with us. You may not republish our content as your own, use the Gokaizen name or marks to suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist, or use anything here for a competing commercial purpose, without our written permission.
Customer names and third-party trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those organizations, not to claim any right in their marks.
Photographs¶
The photographs show our own completed work. They are illustrative of the kind of system we build and are not a representation about any particular customer's current security arrangements.
Acceptable use¶
You agree not to:
- probe, scan or test the security of this site or the systems behind it without our prior written permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, including through automated or excessive requests, scraping that places an unreasonable load on it, or malicious code;
- attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you are not authorized to use;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Availability¶
We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it without notice.
Links to other sites¶
Where we link to another organization's site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Limitation of liability¶
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Gokaizen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of or reliance on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Privacy¶
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and what the site stores in your browser — only the theme you chose, if you chose one — in the cookie notice.
Changes to these terms¶
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
Governing law¶
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.
